David is an accomplished community and stakeholder consultation and engagement specialist, project manager and facilitator with 40 years of experience in both the public and private sector. As a former industry executive, he provides the Advisory Board with insight and counsel regarding potential oil and gas development within the MKMA. David is the Advisory Board's Vice-Chair and has been actively involved in the development of the MKMA Resource Management Framework.
