- The Premier of B.C. appointed 14 members as of January 31, 2014. Those appointments are staggered appointments varying between 1 year, 2 year and 3 year terms for a total term of 9 years. After a one year absence, former board members may reapply for another 9 year term of appointments (1-year probationary, 2-year re-appointment, 3-year re-appointment and a final 3-year re-appointment).
